By accessing or using fhbo-card, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

fhbo-card provides a developer platform for reviewing, managing, and integrating FNBO Card API keys. The service includes a dashboard, API key management tools, usage analytics, and integration documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to access fhbo-card services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

All content, features, and functionality of fhbo-card — including source code, UI design, trademarks, and documentation — are the exclusive property of fhbo-card and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our express written permission.

You agree not to use fhbo-card to engage in any unlawful activity, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest data without permission, or violate any applicable financial regulations including PCI-DSS and applicable card network rules. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

fhbo-card is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fhbo-card and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy and Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
